Most of our products are picked up direct form far off village farms where farmers are still follow the traditional art of cultivation which was used by their great great grand parents. These old art of cultivation generally do not use any chemicals fertilizers or any harmful pesticides which keeps the taste of the harvest intact.
You might not find our products attractive and the seeds might be uneven because mostly these products are not hybrid and are grown under natural conditions instead of a controlled environment.
The taste and the nutrition value of these products are way better then what you get in the regular market

Gems of Himalayas (Mix Kidney beans) Organic
Traditionally a mix of Rajma (Kidney beans) were grown by the local farmers in a small village in Himalayan mountains. Different varieties of beans kept on adding to their seed collection as they get exposure to these new varieties from tourists visiting them and now more than 10 varieties of these gems were grown together completely using Spring waters and no Chemical fertilizers giving it a unique taste you might have never experienced before

Different varieties of beans kept on adding to their seed collection as they get exposure to these new verities from tourists visiting them, out of these different verities this white Rajma holds the place of a king as the taste of this pearl is outstanding, also its nature to get cooked faster than a regular kidney bean enable it be used in variety of dishes. you can use them in your Soup, Pasta, Salads or any other Dish where you think it can blend easily. the smooth milky flavor of this bean makes it a good companion with less spicy foods; however it goes really well with some hot Indian spices
